Writing a book can seem a huge and overwhelming task, like setting out to climb a mountain. Having the right tools and a good map makes the adventure a little less daunting. Join Christina Myers for a session covering strategies for writing the first draft, including a look at one method of outlining a novel, so your bag is packed for the journey ahead. 

Participants should expect to get both practical and emotional tips about how to start a first draft and how to carry through to completion. This will include ideas about how to stay organized, how to get motivated and stick with your project, tools to stay on track, and a sample of one method of outlining a novel. Participants will also have the chance to do a Q&A to ask questions about the process. 

This webinar will be beneficial to emerging writers or those who have an idea for a book but aren't sure where to start.
