Description:
In this experiential webinar, I will present some techniques I have learned from different martial arts as well as from mindfulness practice. I have found these techniques to be critical in negotiating my work as a creative person. Participants will have opportunities to try these exercises during the webinar.
Mindfulness practices could help a person stay more in the present moment, and hence reduce the intrusion of procrastination, anxiety, judgements from self and others, while engaging in a writing process. Practicing mindfulness is like becoming water that flows around psychological obstacles. Anyone engaged in a writing creative practice can attend.
Audience: Anyone and everyone.
